COVID-19 has changed the lives of Californians in so many ways. Millions of people of all ages are staying home to save lives and reinventing how to live, work, and connect with family, friends, and communities. Many are experiencing isolation, interruption in services, and loss of income due to the pandemic. Others cannot stay home, because of essential work and services, or do not have a home, and face greater risks of exposure. Tragically, thousands of Californians have lost their lives; their loved ones are grieving in ways that have been fundamentally changed by the pandemic.

CDA is committed to learning from the challenges, changes, and losses due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). The COVID-19 Impacts & Recommendation Survey invites you to share your experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and your thoughts on how, together, we can help build increased support for older adults, persons with disabilities, and families and caregivers in California.

The survey is  available in EnglishSpanish, and Chinese. Please share with your friends, family, colleagues, and networks.
