House Extends HCBS Spousal Impoverishment Protection

The Senate is now considering the Medicaid Services Investment and Accountability Act of 2019 (H.R. 1839) that extends the spousal impoverishment protection until September 30th and provides $20 million in additional funding for the Medicaid Money Follows the Person (MFP) program.
