Tell us about your experiences with public benefits!

We want to hear from you!

The Diverse Elders Coalition and the National Council on Aging (NCOA) want to learn more about diverse elders’ experiences with public benefit programs like SNAP, Medicare, and Medicaid. We want to know how older adults are learning about these programs and how many people in our communities are applying for the benefits they deserve.

If you’re a low-income* older adult age 60+, we want to hear from you! Please fill out this online survey about your experiences learning about and applying for public benefit programs.

The survey is available in English, Chinese, Khmer, Korean, Spanish and Vietnamese. It is completely anonymous and never asks you for any personally identifying information. The results will be used by the Diverse Elders Coalition and the National Council on Aging to create tools that will help diverse older adults more easily access these programs.

If you have questions or difficulty accessing the survey, please email info@diverseelders.org.

Thank you for your time and support!
