  • Take care of yourself
  • Understand the caregiving process
  • Try different stress management techniques
  • Reduce guilt, anger & depression
  • Meet other caregivers with similar experiences
  • Explore more positive ways to deal with frustration

This program will be held in collaboration with the West Covina Senior Center (Cortez Park) for nine consecutive Mondays from March 18 to May 13, 2019, 2:30-4:00 pm.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please call Grace Avila (213) 821-6918 or Mei Chi Kuo (213) 821-6920 at the USC Family Caregiver Support Center for more information or to register.
