In this workshop, we will discuss self-talk and how it can affect our perception of stressful life events. Why is positive self-talk crucial to maintaining a healthy sense of resilience? How do we show ourselves kindness and compassion? How does an “Attitude of Gratitude” change the way we look at things? How can we use gratitude to reframe negative thought patterns and pessimism?
