Are You Caring for Family or Friends from Afar During COVID-19?Whether you are providing support to someone across town, across the country, or in a group living, COVID-19 guidelines have presented new challenges and stressors for caregivers.

Self-care is so important. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to hear tips and advice from experts about how to care for yourself while caring for others.

Wednesday, May 6, at 1pm the California Department of Aging and the Alzheimer’s Association will host their 4th of their weekly check-in call series.

The call will feature panelists from the USC Family Caregiver Support Center and Southern California Caregiver Resource Center for a discussion about how to care for yourself while caring for others.
